Apparatus for continuously processing wood comprises a pressurized grinding chamber, a grinding stone which is mounted for rotation in the grinding chamber, a device for feeding wood into the grinding chamber to form a primary groundwood stock therein, and a device for discharging the primary groundwood stock from the chamber without allowing gas to escape from the chamber to atmosphere. The feeding device comprises a stationary feeding chamber provided with shutters for sequentially pressure-tightly closing the feeding chamber from the atmosphere and from the grinding chamber respectively, thereby to prevent escape of gas from the grinding chamber through the feeding device. The discharging device comprises a stick crusher for crushing sticks present in the primary groundwood stock thereby to produce a secondary groundwood stock and an outlet for continuously discharging the secondary groundwood stock while preserving a hydraulic seal of groundwood stock thereby to prevent escape of gas from the grinding chamber through the discharging device.

The invention relates to devices for defibrating wood. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency by conducting grinding at constant pressure. -The drawing shows the proposed device. The grinder contains a frame 1, a pressure chamber 2 with a device for closing the loading door and a discharge port 3, at least one device 4 for forcibly feeding wood 5, mounted on the shaft 6 and a shredder 7 in the pressure chamber 2, device 8 unloading, capacity 9 for shredded wood, associated with the discharge opening 3kghery 2 increased pressure, and valve 10, A device for closing the loading hatch is made in the form of a two-section lock chamber 11 therefore 12 disposed upper and lower dampers 13 having a drive 14, the lock chamber 11 with the atmosphere obschena tube 15 through a pressure regulator 16 and the plenum tube 17 through the D hum 18 torr pressure. The pressure chamber 2 has a tube 19 for supplying compressed air, the capacity 9 of shredded wood is equipped with a shredded mass detector 20, which is connected to the valve Yu-a between the discharge device 8 and the capacity 9 for shredded wood there is a bar crusher 21. The device operates as follows. The wood consignment 5 is pressed by the device 4 for forcing wood supply to the chopper 7 in the right chamber 2 of the increased pressure. A new batch of wood flows into the lock chamber 11, with the lower flap 13 of the lock chamber 11 closed and the upper flap 12 open. The pressure regulators 16 and 18 are closed. When the sluice chamber 11 is filled with wood, the upper flap 12 is hermetically sealed. The pressure regulator 16 on the tube 15 is opened so that the pressure in the lock chamber 11 becomes the same as the pressure in the increased pressure chamber 2. When the wood batch in the upper pressure chamber 2 is crushed, the forced supply device 4 returns to its original position, the bottom flap 13 opens. So that a new batch of wood is fed from the lock chamber 11 into the lateral pressure chamber 2. Thereafter, the lower flap 13 and the pressure regulator 18 are closed, and the pressure regulator 16 opens, causing the pressure in the supply chamber to become atmospheric, the upper flap 12 opens and a new batch of wood is fed into the lock chamber 11. When the batch of wood is fed from the lock chamber 11 into the chamber 2PObbmieHHoro pressure, in, it receives relatively cold air. The temperature in the pressure chamber 2 is usually higher, so that the cold air expands, as a result of which the pressure in the pressure chamber 2 increases. Excess air is discharged from chamber 2 — by using an inflating valve pressure (not shown) to maintain the pressure in chamber 2 at the required level. Thus, the pressure drop in chamber 2 due to leakage can be compensated for by the compressed air supplied from airlock chamber 11. The crushed raw material is collected in the recess of the discharge device 8 and forms a jumper with a consistency of 0.8-4%. The surface of the lintel is 2-10 cm above the bottom surface of the shredder 7. The suspension flows to a bar crusher 21, in which the sticks, chips, and pieces of wood that are going through the grinding process, 10 are crushed into smaller pieces to prevent clogging of the valve 10. DEFIBER containing a pressure chamber with a device for closing the loading hatch and an unloading hole, at least one device for forced batch feeding of spring dres installed on the shaft and located in the pressure chamber, a chopper, an unloading device, a container for chopped wood, connected with the discharge opening of the high-pressure chamber, and a valve, characterized in that, in order to increase efficiency by grinding continuously under pressure, risposoblenie for closing the loading opening is designed as a lock chamber with two successive flaps having a drive, wherein the lock chamber communicates with the atmosphere and the plenum through the pressure regulator.
